By email or phone and subsequent advance payment by bank transfer, paypal or pre-credit card authorization. We are also present on the main hotel reception portals.
It is a temporary block of a specific amount on the credit card. This operation does not generate no type of banking movement on the customer's current account because it is not accounted for, therefore, IT IS NOT A DEBIT. The authorization is issued by the reference bank, or by the manager of the credit card circuit. The pre-authorization therefore allows to “reserve” an amount for verify the validity and the economic coverage of the credit card issued by the client during the phase of booking. This ensure the availability of the amount for the final booking confirmation.

It is possible to cancel the reservation within 14 days from the arrival, without penalties.

The structure doesn't have an access suitable for disable people.

In the room Ruffilla (painted), are only admitted children past twelve years old.
Newborns in the cradle, don't pay. The structure doesn't provide cribs for the guests.
Rent for a travel bed for children up to 15 kg is €10.00 each night (need to book).
From 8am to 10am.
Breakfast includes homemade cakes and biscuits (we also have some packaged ones industrially produced ), yogurt, fresh bread, butter and jams, cereals, juices, the milk, coffee.
Savory breakfast only on request.
Once a week and everytime the guests change. Extra change of the bed linen € 10,00. Extra change of the bathroom linen € 5,00 each person.
The B&B is heated by a new biomass boiler.
All the radiators in the room, are equipped with valves to guarantee the right temperature in an independently way.
For the ones who follow the Via Lana e della Seta or the Mater Dei, the B&B Antico Mulino is available for the transport for/to the B&B and the transport of the luggages to the next stop (previously arranged). It can also provide the transport to a local restaurant for dinner and the next morning prepare a packed lunch
