Antico Mulino – B&B – Roncorozzo

Just 5 km from Rocchetta Mattei, Antico Mulino B&B is nestled among centuries-old oaks with a beautiful view over the Limentra valley. It is easily reachable from the SS64 Porrettana state road or the A1 highway.

We are perfectly located on Google Maps.

Directions

If you come from Bologna

From BolognaTake SS64 Porrettana, the widest and least winding road, through Riola to the B&B. If on the A1 highway: head toward Florence, exit at Sasso Marconi (North only with Telepass, otherwise the next exit).
Follow signs: SS64 Porrettana → Sasso Marconi → Porretta Terme → Pistoia.
Cross the new bridge over the Reno River, pass Marzabotto and Vergato. After Vergato, turn right toward Riola di Vergato before the tunnel. In the village, before the railway crossing, turn left and cross the bridge toward Rocchetta Mattei, Ponte di Verzuno.After the castle, reach Bivio Marné, cross the next bridge (toward Camugnano), pass Alimentari Luana store on the left, then take the second left (white B&B sign, 3.3 km).
At the “bed headboard” marker, turn left; the property entrance is restricted to residents and B&B guests. You’ve arrived.

If you come from Florence

From FlorenceTake A1 toward Milan → Variante di Valico → exit at Badia (or Pian del Voglio if using Panoramica).
Follow signs: Castiglione dei Pepoli → Camugnano. From Camugnano church, continue 8.2 km to Ponte di Verzuno.
Avoid the shortcut through Guerzano-Masinara (narrow, rough road through the woods). At Ponte di Verzuno, before the Post Office, take the road right toward Vigo (white B&B sign, 3.3 km). Continue past Verzuno and S. Giovanni Battista church, straight to Roncorozzo. At the “bed headboard” marker, turn left to the property. You’ve arrived. 

BY TRAIN

By TrainRiola station is 6.5 km away. Trains depart hourly from Bologna toward Porretta Terme (~1 hour along Reno valley). Taxi available outside station, or arrange transfer with B&B owners.
